Konseo is designed, built and maintained by our Cameroonian subsidiary. You buy a licence, not a subscription to a shared platform.
The problem
The same expense is recorded once for the organisation and once for the project. Twice the work, twice the chance of an error.
The file sits on a shared drive, the original in a cabinet, the tracking table in a spreadsheet. Nobody knows where anything is.

Each module is licensed separately. The multi-entity foundation, the accounts and the archive come with the first one. You take what you need.
Module 01 · foundation included
Drag-and-drop upload, a queue where the document sits beside the fields, a unique reference, an archive that searches paper and digital together, and an export that shows what is blocking before anything leaves.
Module 02
Consultants, suppliers and clients; commitments, due dates and payments with overspending refused; client invoices, expense claims justified line by line, and bank reconciliation without retyping.
Module 03
Timesheets filled from the keyboard with a Friday reminder, approval that opens on what is missing, a dashboard where overspending comes first, reports frozen as PDF and spreadsheet, monthly closings that name what is blocking.
Module 04
Cost codes picked from a list, a ledger of income and expenses, petty cash held by one person and closed by another, results per code, partner accounts to the franc, and the year-end file in a single download.
What protects you
A spreadsheet lets you do anything. Konseo stops you making a mistake — and keeps the record when you decide to override it.

The licence
Its own database, its own domain, its own accounts. No data travels between two installations — the only guarantee that holds up in front of a donor.
One licence per module. The sidebar shows only what you took: nothing to hide, nothing to explain to your teams.
Every update is rolled out to every installation. You are never left on an old version because you are small.
From decision to first export
It keeps no general ledger, no trial balance, no financial statements; it does not calculate VAT, does not convert currencies and never touches a bank account. The limit is a design decision, not a gap: crossing it would make Konseo an accounting package, with all the compliance duties that follow.
It prepares the file, your software imports it, and your software alone is authoritative.
Meeting recording and transcription, minutes, decision tracking: the specification exists, the module is not on sale today.
