Trade profiles
Konseo speaks your trade’s language.
A school no longer sees counterparties, commitments and due dates: it sees families, school fees and instalments. Five profiles, each with its screen, and each with what it does not do.
Are the families paying, and will I be able to pay the teachers?
Every pupil has their fees, split into dated instalments. At the desk the bursar takes the payment; Konseo allocates it, issues the receipt and updates arrears and cash. Collection reads class by class against its target, and the end of the month says whether the payroll will clear.
Konseo keeps no marks, no reports, no timetables and no attendance. If you have a school management system, keep it.

Is my stock healthy, and who owes me what?
Neither stock-outs on what sells nor expiring boxes asleep on the shelves. Third-party payers — insurers, mutual funds, contracted employers — are tracked by age and chased in time. And the margin actually made is compared with the regulated mark-up.
Your counter software is not replaced: it dispenses, Konseo takes the day’s takings, goods-in by batch, the stock count and the payer statements.

Was yesterday’s till right, and what does each drink actually earn me?
Two minutes in the evening and the day is checked: the Z reading against what is really in the drawer, on MTN MoMo, on Orange Money and on card. Then the margin by family, and the stock difference named item by item — breakage, gifts, or what is missing with no explanation.
Your servers take payment exactly as they do today: nothing changes in how you sell.

What do I owe each practitioner, and what is left for me?
Activity reads practitioner by practitioner: their procedures, their takings, their share as a visiting practitioner and what stays with the clinic, withholding tax included. Against that: insurers, mutual funds and contracted employers sorted by age, consumables out of stock or close to expiry, and the end of the month — fees, wages, rent — against what is due in.
It is not a patient record: no diagnosis, no reason for the visit, no history. Takings are entered by procedure and by practitioner, with no patient name; only a debt carries the name of whoever owes it, like any other client.

Who is owed what out of what the platforms paid?
Distributor statements arrive in dollars and euros: Konseo imports them, ties every line to its track, and splits what came in between the rights holders — lead artist, featured artist, beatmaker, agency. Advances are recouped period after period, each artist’s statement is issued, and the payment goes out by mobile money or bank transfer.
A track enters no calculation until its rights holders add up to a hundred per cent: the database refuses a split that does not balance. And Konseo does not distribute your music — your distributor and your platforms remain yours; it takes the statement they send.
