Offline to record, online to decide.
The network is missing exactly where receipts are picked up. Konseo installs on the phone from the browser, records with no network, and sends everything on its own when it returns.
What works with no network
- Photograph a receipt and attach it to its entity or project
- Record a petty cash movement, with the known balance and the pending amount shown
- Prepare a draft invoice
What needs a connection
- Issuing an invoice: the next number in the series is assigned on the server, so none is skipped or taken twice
- Closing the petty cash: the closing is made on the real balance, once every movement is in
The queue is visible
You see what is waiting, in the order you recorded it, and what has already left with its reference. A rejected upload says why — an unreadable photo is simply retaken.
The screen says how old it is
A banner states how long you have been offline and when the figures you are reading date from. Nobody decides on a stale balance without knowing it.
No duplicates
A receipt uploaded meanwhile from another device is recognised by its fingerprint: it does not come in a second time when the network returns.
