Documents that cannot be redone

A Konseo document checks out in one scan.

The payslip, the employment contract, the certificate of employment: the most forged documents there are, and the ones nobody on the receiving end can check. Konseo gives them a proof anyone can test, with no account and no call to us.

The foot of every page of a contract: the QR code, the address to type without a phone, and the six-digit code.

Ten seconds, three moves

  1. 01

    Scan

The QR code sits at the foot of the payslip, and at the foot of every page of a contract or an amendment. With no phone, the address is printed next to it: the reference is typed by hand.

  2. 02

    Type the six digits

They exist only on the paper: the link alone shows nothing. Five attempts, then verification closes for a quarter of an hour — and an invented link answers just like a wrong code.

  3. 03

    Compare

The page shows what must appear on the paper, and says it in plain words: genuine, replaced by a corrected document or an amendment, awaiting signature, cancelled.

What can be checked today

The payslip

The company and its tax number, the employee, the period, the number, gross, net and the date it was locked. A payslip replaced by a corrected one says so, with that one’s number and date.

The employment contract and its amendments

The document — type of contract, position, effective date, signature, reference, and the run of amendments with their purpose — then the employment ON THE DAY OF THE CHECK: in post since such a date, with length of service, or ended. From the staff register kept in Konseo.

And the rest, as they come

The certificate of employment follows, then the documents Konseo already issues — invoices, receipts, statements. The mechanism is the same throughout: a document that comes out of Konseo proves itself.

On a phone, where the scanning happens

A contract checked from a phone: the verdict, then the document to compare with the paper.

A payslip checked from a phone: the same move, the same certificate.

The same page on a computer

The contract checked in full: the document and its amendments first, then the employment on the day of the check.

Checking is not prying

The page shows only what can be compared with the paper. Never the breakdown of contributions, never the salary in a contract, never the reason a contract ended, never an address, a phone number or a social security number. Whoever checks verifies what they were handed — and learns nothing more about the person.

Who it serves first

The bank and the microfinance assessing a loan, the landlord letting a flat, the authority opening a file, the employer hiring and wanting to confirm an experience. And the company itself: its documents stop being argued over, with no certificate to sign and no call to take.
