Business introducer programme

You open the door.
We do the rest.

You know organisations struggling with their documents, their cash and their projects. You flag them to us. When they become clients and they pay, you earn a commission.

2 %of the revenue actually collected, net of tax, over the first twelve months

Your part

An introduction, not a sale.

You have nothing to sell, nothing to negotiate and nothing to sign. You make the introduction; we take it from there, and we take the risk.

What you do

  • Flag an organisation you know, on a one-page form
  • Present Konseo honestly, with the documentation we give you
  • Make the introduction, then hand over to us
  • Tell us straight away if there is a conflict of interest

What you do not do

  • Quote or negotiate a price, a discount or a deadline
  • Sign anything on the company’s behalf
  • Collect money on our account
  • Promise a feature that is not in the documentation

The contract creates no employment relationship, no subordination, no corporate office and no commercial agency. You organise your own activity, and your tax and social obligations are yours to handle.

How it runs

Six steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    You register the prospect

A one-page form: the organisation, the person to contact, how you know them, and any conflict of interest. It is sent BEFORE any introduction — that is what creates your entitlement.

  2. 02

We answer within ten working days

Accepted or refused, with the reason. A prospect we were already in contact with, or already registered by another introducer, creates no entitlement; we tell you so without disclosing anything confidential.

  3. 03

The prospect is reserved to you for twelve months

During that period any deal closed with them is yours. After it, with no signature, the reservation lapses automatically.

  4. 04

    We sell

Demonstration, proposal, negotiation, contract, installation. We remain in charge of our commercial policy and free not to contract.

  5. 05

The deal is done when the client has signed AND paid

Contract signed by both sides, and the first instalment collected in full. Not before: a signature alone triggers nothing.

  6. 06

You invoice, we pay within thirty days

We notify you of every signature and every payment within fifteen days, with the statement. You send an invoice or a fee note carrying your unique identifier; we settle within thirty days of the matching payment.

The commission

Two per cent of what actually comes in.

The right to a commission arises on collection, never on invoicing. Less flattering on paper, and a great deal safer in the end.

  • No commission on an amount invoiced and unpaid
  • An amount refunded or cancelled by credit note is deducted from later commissions
  • Taxes, disbursements and rebilled costs are outside the base
  • A cap per deal may be agreed in your contract

An institution takes an annual licence

Licence net of tax over twelve months
F 6,000,000
Paid quarterly: each payment
F 1,500,000
Your commission on each payment
F 30,000
Over the first twelve months
F 120,000

An illustration, not a price list: the amount of a licence depends on the plan and on the size of the organisation. The rate and the base are set in your contract; 2 % over twelve months is our starting point.

The ground rules

What protects both sides.

10 d

Prior contact

A prospect already in contact with us, or already registered by someone else, creates no entitlement. That rule is what makes your own reservation credible.

Serious breach

Integrity

No advantage, gift or payment to anyone in order to win a deal. A breach ends the contract and the right to commission, and sums paid on that basis are returned.

5 years

Confidentiality

Our prices, our terms, our client list: five years after the contract ends. And twenty-four months without offering competing software to our clients.

Term, and what remains owed afterwards

Twelve months, renewable in twelve-month periods, with one month’s notice. When the contract ends, reservations in progress run to their own expiry, and commissions remain owed for deals completed before — except on termination for serious breach on your part.

Read before signing

What this contract is not.

It is not a job

No salary, no retainer, no advance: what you earn depends entirely on deals that close and that are paid.

It is not exclusive

We prospect too, and we may sign similar agreements with other introducers.

Your costs are yours

Travel, telecoms, hospitality: unless agreed in writing beforehand, on a set amount.

We may turn a prospect down

Without having to justify it, and without that refusal giving rise to any compensation.

The contract is signed electronically, and you receive a copy with its proof certificate. The prospect registration form is attached to it.

A door that opens is worth more than a pitch. That is the whole idea.
