A dashboard that shows everything shows nothing. Konseo’s starts from the question the person opening it is asking: the plan decides the screen, the options decide its contents.
Do I have enough money, and am I making any?
Available cash first, with its ninety-day forecast and its dated low point; the year’s result beside it. Then who owes what, in five age bands, and the tax and social deadlines of the next sixty days.
The forecast never counts what is already overdue as money coming in.
Which files to work on, which ones are at risk?
A practice does not look at its own accounts on arrival, it looks at other people’s. The portfolio is sorted by risk rather than alphabetically, every file says why it is red, and the workload reads person by person.
A file silent for thirty days is chased without leaving the screen.
Are the funds being spent, within the rules, on time?
Every project is measured against time elapsed, not only against its budget. Projects ending within ninety days, the state of each entity, and what an auditor would pick up: spending with no receipt, postings outside the project dates, overruns released with their reason.
A project spending too slowly raises a flag as loudly as an overrun: it will end up returning money to the donor.

What does not change from one screen to the next
- A sentence answers before the cards; the cards only show where it comes from.
- An empty card is not displayed: nothing to record, nothing overdue, and it disappears rather than showing a zero.
- Every figure leads to the screen that explains it and lets you act.
- The currency is the entity’s, and balances in two currencies are never added together.
