Orders delivered but unpaid, and credit given, grouped by person, the overdue ones first. One button sends the reminder on WhatsApp, with what is still due — and taking the payment stops the reminders.
What do I really earn on what I sell?
Every product carries its cost sheet — a twenty-portion cake is a kilo of flour, five hundred grams of butter, twelve eggs. The cost follows the day’s average price, the margin is on the product page, and it is locked when the order is delivered.
What is left this month?
The cash book of takings and spending, the money in hand — notes, each mobile money account, the bank — and what the business actually kept. Not an accounting journal: a notebook, the one already being kept, that adds up correctly.
On the phone, first
Konseo Solo installs on the phone’s home screen from the browser, with no app store. Spending and over-the-counter sales are recorded with no network; taking an order or settling an invoice wait for it, because an invoice number must never be issued twice.

The trade sets the vocabulary, the sample products with their cost sheets and current prices, and the few blocks the trade calls for — rental has screens of its own, a calendar per asset. You can change trade later without erasing anything.

What Solo does not do
No accounting, no tax returns, no payroll, no full stock control: one person has no use for them, and we would rather say so than sell them. Invoices go out without VAT, for the flat-rate tax — to be reviewed with an accountant if your regime changes. One user, one till, one point of sale.
The day the business takes on staff, “Move up to SME” opens accounting, payroll and teams with no migration: customers, products, orders and the cash book stay where they are.
