Frequently asked questions
What if our needs change along the way?
That is expected: scoping fixes a perimeter, but the weekly iterations exist precisely to correct course. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it is started, never discovered on the invoice.
Is our data safe?
Hosting in France or in Europe depending on your constraints, encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups that are actually restore-tested. Access is per-person and logged.
What if we want to change supplier afterwards?
You can, without asking us. The code repository, the hosting accounts and the domain name have been in your name since day one; there is nothing to hand back.
Figures exclude VAT. French VAT at 20 % applies to customers liable for it in France.
