Frequently asked questions
Do we have to leave our current host?
Not necessarily. We audit first: sometimes the problem is a configuration, not the host. A migration is only justified by a measurable gain in cost, reliability or compliance.
Where is the data hosted?
Wherever your business requires. We favour European regions, and France when the nature of the data or your customers call for it.
What happens if there is an outage?
Monitoring alerts us before your users do. The maintenance contract sets the response time: it is a written commitment, not goodwill.
Figures exclude VAT. French VAT at 20 % applies to customers liable for it in France.
